This Cool Video is offers an interesting presentation about the governance issue associated with shared resources. It is related to the more famous Prisoners' Dilemma, pitting cooperation against competition for the individual and group. Traditionally, the tragedy of the commons is often told to justify neo-liberal solutions. This video on You Tube by Geof Glass is less ideological. It is a low-tech, though engaging and balanced discussion in a little less than six minutes.
